Using your book in more than one class

One book, several classes and prices.
2 mins read

You upload a book once. After that you can assign it to as many classes as you teach, each with its own price.

One book, many classes

A book is not tied to a class. If you teach the same course in two programmes, or again in the next semester, you assign the same book again. There is no need to upload it a second time.

Each class has its own class price. You can charge different amounts in different classes, for example a lower price in a larger course.

Students buy the book once

A student buys the book the first time it is assigned to one of their classes. If the same student later joins another class that uses the same book, they already own it and do not pay again.

That also means you do not earn twice from the same student. In a class where students already own the book from an earlier course, there is nothing left to sell there.

Each book has its own forum in each class

Each book has its own forum in each class. If your book runs in three classes, there are three separate forums, and you answer the questions of each class there. If your book runs in three classes, each of them has its own forum, and you answer the questions of that class there.

iconArchiving a book removes it from every class at once. Students who already bought it keep their access.
